Larnaca Biennale aims to bring together artists from around the world and showcase contemporary art.

Larnaca Biennale was created by a group of artists and art lovers residing in the city of Larnaca Cyprus.

Larnaca is a city on the southern coast of Cyprus with a history going back to the 13th century BC. The main objective of the Biennale organizers is to establish a truly global event with high quality standards that puts Larnaca and Cyprus on the world map of the most important international art events.

Larnaca Biennale had its first edition in 2018. With more than 18.000 visitors at the main exhibition and more than 4.000 spectators attending the parallel events, Larnaca Biennale is the biggest and most popular International arts event in Cyprus.

The Biennale is organized by M.E.M. The Arts Biennale at Larnaca and ARTION Cultural Association of Larnaca. Supporter of the Biennial is the Municipality of Larnaca and a number of art organizations and institutions among them, ”The Cyprus Chamber of Fine Arts, E.KA.TE” and ‘’WAVA, World Association of Visual Arts’’.
