3rd Ural Industrial Biennial of Contemporary Art

3d Ural Industrial Biennale of Contemporary Art extends an open call for the art residence in the Ural region till October 20, 2014. Arists of any citizenship may apply.

Competition will be held in two rounds. On the first round  we collect your resumes and portfolios. On the second round the selected artists will be proposed to participate in artistic project competition. For more information on selection procedure please download the rules and application form.

For artists invited to the Art Residence program, the Biennial  shall cover project production costs, coordinate the project, and organize the project’s presentation at the final exhibition in Ekaterinburg. Travel and accomodation expanses shall be discussed on a case-by-case basis. For  the foreign artists the Biennial provides visa support.

The program’s objective is to help implement the resident artist’s personal projects on the interaction between industrial and urban spaces and contemporary art in temporary studio spaces.
