Within the framework of the 9th International Biennial SIART, and with the aim of creating a space for dialogue, integration and reflection, Cultural Vision Foundation, Municipal Government of La Paz invite you to the International Contemporary Art Congress to be held in the city of La Paz, Bolivia, from 10 to 13 October 2016.

The Congress will be an opportunity to think and rethink continuities and instabilities of contemporary art from latent issues that arise in current processes – issues related to politics, society, territory, etc. These issues are generated in relation to diversity, intercultural, transcultural, etc, are constantly negotiated in the political, social and economic spheres, and the congress will bring them to the forum of art and culture.
