As a non-profit, independent organization halka art project is open to all artists, theoreticians and reseachers to pursue their project idea or conduct an artistic / academic research. halka art project proudly underlines that it is not an artist hotel but a process oriented shelter for creation and a collaborator and an active participant in the realization of projects, exhibitions, workshops and encounters.
