“We meet, we share, we discuss, we celebrate, we establish new links, and sometimes we change our views.”

European League of Institutes of the Arts (ELIA)
University of Applied Arts Vienna

12th ELIA Biennial Conference:
Art, Science and Society
Art Questions, Art Knows, Art Matters
8–10 November 2012

Final registration deadline: 26 October 2012

The ELIA Biennial, in addition to being a platform for dialogue and learning of the highest caliber, offers delegates a plethora of opportunities to disseminate their own work on an international scale, interact with colleagues in their own fields and beyond, and create a strong network of contacts to take home after the conference.

In 2012 ELIA is adding a political dimension to the programme. A resolution will be made available to conference participants in advance of the event to stimulate discussion and encourage active engagement between arts and politics.

This year Yoko Ono will be joining a number of other luminaries including Matthias Horx, Isabel Mundry, Ute Meta Bauer and Shady ElNoshokaty.

Visit the ELIA Biennial online registration portal to register!
Final online registration will close 26 October 2012.
